What do they say?

“I have known Ms. Robinson since 2003 in her capacity as a designer working with me to create a transitional design for tow homes. I have found Ms. Robinson to be friendly, positive, patient person. Early on in our collaboration, she was careful to understand the needs of our family, both in terms of aesthetic needs and in terms of our functional needs. She did this by exploring, through examples, things that we enjoyed and things that we found less enjoyable. She has also worked closely with my daughter and daughter-in-law to design their rooms in a way that is unique to their taste.”    Kevin J.

“Rebecca consistently ensures that the work she does in our home reflects our tastes- not hers. She asks questions to determine what I like and don’t like-and why. The end result is that she seems to know my taste better than I do. When she determined how much I like color, she made our spaces come alive with color in a way that nurtures my spirit! She also delighted my teenage daughter in a make-over of her bedroom. Delighting a teenage girl is not always an easy task!

Rebecca is resourceful and enjoys using items I already have to re-do a space. She has a vast network of outside resources for shopping and contract workers who do quality work at reasonable prices. She is careful about our budget and finds the least expensive way to tackle a project. She sometimes does work herself that other designers might outsource because she can do it quickly and efficiently.

My work schedule is not always conducive to convenient meeting times, and Rebecca is flexible in coordinating projects in a way that works with my schedule. She is efficient and organized. She is a can-do person who sees a solution for every design challenge. She has a way of making projects manageable and less intimidating.” Carol W.

“My wife and I recently had Rebecca Robinson redecorate our living room and family room. We were so pleased with Rebecca’s knowledge and ideas that the project expanded to our dining room and kitchen. My wife and I had very different ideas on what we wanted our rooms to look like. Rebecca was able to take two very diverse viewpoints and deliver to us rooms that we both absolutely love. That to me is the sign of a great interior designer.”  Steve B

“That Rebecca has a gift for color and design is proven. However, the interesting is what made me go back to her for the last 10 years? Rebecca listens: The projets we have completed reflect me, not the latest fad. She works hard: Always on time, always meets deadlines. She is motivated, energetic and upbeat: I canoot say enough about Rebecca’s up beat attitude. She is a joy. Rebecca is budget conscious:She cares about my budget and I never feel pressured into buying things I cannot afford. She is creative: She is an idea engine and can solve the stickiest of design issues. She thinks on her feet. Rebecca is charming: The crustiest client cannot help but get on board.”  Susan H.

“I have known Rebecca since 2009. She has literally helped me redesign my 2900 sf home from top to bottom. Rebecca was dealt the task of redesigning every room in my home on a limited budget. Her expertise guided me with new floorings, paint colors, furniture, art work, and accessories. The budget was limited because my husband and I were planning on selling our home and did not want to make a major investment when we were planning to sell. However, due to Rebecca’s talents, we have fallen in love with our home again and plan to stay here a few more years.

Throughout the process, Rebecca allowed me to participate as much or as little as I desired. Inially, Rebecca was contacted to update my kitchen. I handed her a dish towel that I had purchased and from that one item she was able to create an entirely new kitchen.”  Lynne M.

(P.S. When she put her home on the market. It sold the next day!   Just sayin!)
